Server Updates

Now that the Graaavathon is done, we are looking to the future of the Graaavel Viewer Server. You may notice some downtime and things changing over the next few weeks. Do not worry! We have backups of everything, and we will be using the same worlds and setups in early access.

That said, we are going to be migrating hosts soon. That will result in downtime for the server, which we will try to keep as minimal as possible. Starting soon, you will notice the message of the day (the text shown on the multiplayer server selection screen) change. We will be moving to SMP only for a little bit while we migrate to our new hosting provider.

What does this mean for you?

• Improved Stability With the migration, we are also working on the server stability. This means more games, more people, and less lag.
• Larger Maps Before the migration, the SMP world was limited with a 3,000 block world border. After the migration, we are expecting to get up to 10,000 blocks!
• More Gamemodes We are going to be adding more games to the server! We plan on adding not only UHC, but also Village Defense (zombie wave game), Sky Wars, and more that are secret for now.

In the end, this will be a positive for everyone. If you ever wonder about updates, keep checking back here! We will post updates when they happen!
